Matt Flynn is a Sheboygan, Wisconsin native whose passion for powersports has been driving him for more than 30 years. Whether he's exploring the trails of Michigan's Upper Peninsula or chasing deep snow in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho, Matt is always looking for the next adventure. His love for building and modifying machines grew from a personal hobby into NineTwenty Builds, where he helps others create the sleds and powersports vehicles they've always dreamed of owning. Deeply invested in the future of the snowmobile industry, Matt is passionate about growing the sport and sharing it with the next generation. Alongside his wife and son, he lives the powersports lifestyle every chance he gets, making him a natural representative of the Backcountry Village community.

Mika Jalkanen has spent countless hours riding the legendary snow of Michigan's Keweenaw while proudly calling Eagle River, Wisconsin, the Snowmobile Capital of the World, home. Known for his clean builds, effortless style, and passion for the sport, Mika represents everything Backcountry Village stands for. From the way he rides to the way he carries himself in the community, he's a natural fit for BCV, and we're proud to have him representing the Village.

Mike grew up in McHenry, Illinois, but his passion for snowmobiling was shaped by countless winters spent in northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Raised in a snowmobile family, he spent much of his childhood trail riding from his grandparents' place in Conover, Wisconsin. He learned the ropes on an old Yamaha Enticer, complete with a wood chip zip-tied behind the throttle as a homemade governor, a fitting start to a lifelong obsession with riding. Those early experiences sparked the passion that continues to drive him today, from Midwest trails to backcountry adventures.

Parker's passion for snowmobiling started at just three years old when he was gifted a Kitty Cat, and he's been chasing the next ride ever since. Growing up, he spent every winter logging as many miles as possible, always searching for the next adventure in the snow. That passion led him to compete in snocross for six years before he found his true calling in backcountry riding. While he's happy any time he's behind the handlebars, Parker is most at home launching big airs or navigating technical tree lines deep in the mountains. His fearless riding style and relentless pursuit of progression make him a perfect fit for the Backcountry Village community.

Tyler Vacala can make just about anything look fast. Whether he's wringing out an old Indy XC, throwing a snowbike around, or sending it on a dirt bike, Tyler rides with a style and confidence that's impossible to ignore. As Backcountry Village's Chief Snowcat Officer, he's just as comfortable building the next great riding zone as he is testing it. If you've seen him ripping his legendary XC alongside pit bikes with the Channel 199 crew, you already know he's all about having fun, pushing limits, and proving that skill will always outshine horsepower. Tyler lives and breathes the BCV mindset, and we're stoked to have him on the team.
